Rainey Booth, Jr. has dedicated his professional career to pursuing justice for clients who suffered injury due to the negligence of others, particularly in the long term care setting.

Prior to graduating magna cum laude from the University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law, Rainey was a notes editor on the Journal of Technology Law and Policy and the recipient of four book awards for his academic accomplishments in courses, including Torts and Florida Civil Procedure. After graduation, Rainey was invited to join the University of Florida Chapter of The Order of the Coif based on his academic achievements in law school.

Throughout his professional career, Rainey has advocated for clients in both state and federal court in cases ranging from state law personal injury claims to complex bankruptcy disputes. Rainey’s advocacy has helped secure millions of dollars of compensation for his clients.
